We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and easy-to-follow return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
  • The product must not be a perishable item. For health and safety reasons, Elixsopic does not accept returns of perishable food products, opened products, or products that have been altered in any way.

2. Return Process

If you would like to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return

    • Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)
  2. Return Authorization:
    After reviewing your request, our customer service team will guide you through the return process. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that returns cannot be processed without prior authorization.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Elixsopic is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the return.
    • Non-Defective Products: For non-defective products, return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Items marked as final sale

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return and process a full refund or replacement as soon as the issue is confirmed.
